  • Set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans for their achievement.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies for optimal effectiveness.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team with clear objectives and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes, monitoring and analyzing sales data.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, ensuring compliance with policies and staying updated on market trends.

Sales Experience: Minimum 7 years in RMC division sales.

Performance Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management abilities.
